**Qualifications**
- E-commerce experience in handling Amazon, Firstcry, Nykaa, Flipkart, Meesho, etc. platforms: 2-3 years (required)
- Bachelor's (required)
- Total work: 2-3 years (required)

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating and updating product data, specifications, stock quantities, images on for all B2B, B2C platforms
- Managing company’s accounts such as Amazon, First Cry etc. including FBA and FBM inventory
- Maintaining data and entries on our ERP system
- Processing of all orders and managing logistics
- Overseeing all B2B and B2C dispatches in a timely manner and ensuring customer requirements are met
- Tracking of shipment and following up as needs be
- Ensuring good performance on marketplaces and taking prompt action to address consumer queries and complaints
- Managing RTOs, returns and claims on portals and doing QC for the same
- Data analysis on past history and daily/monthly sales
- Completing administrative duties as required; including daily balancing and closing.

**Profile**:

- Detail-oriented
- Smart and pro-active
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience with Amazon and other marketplaces
- Understanding of e-commerce best practices
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi)
- Good computer skills, and expert’s grasp of Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Practical logistics experience
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices with respect to warehousing and inventory management
- Organized and able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure in a fast-paced environment; willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
