Position: Business Development Executive( US Shift)
- Responsible for new client acquisition
- End to end sales process from lead generation to business closure
- Short-term and Long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies
- Train and ensure adherence to the sales process
- Cross-selling, outbound sales and reference sales
- Negotiation and repeat business
- Finding newer avenues for tapping clientele
- Serve as a basic point of contact for clients with complaints, queries, and feedbacks
- Prepare daily reports on tasks and activities performed

Requirements:
- MANDATORY- Should have US accent or should be able to communicate with US clients comfortably over call.
- Must be comfortable with **US shift timing: 7:00 PM- 4:00 AM** **(Cab facility provided)**
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Ability to communicate effectively with international clients and teams within the organization
- Negotiation skills
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, and ability to adapt to new processes in the limited time frame.

Experience - Fresher to 3 Years
Salary - Upto 35,000/
- Working Days - 5 (Monday to Friday)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
