- **Responsibilities and Duties**:_
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients in the United States, promoting IT products and services.
- Understand client requirements and present appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales approaches.
- Document and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to the management team.
- Keep abreast of IT advancements to effectively articulate the value proposition of the company's products and services.

- Must have prior US IT sales experience.
- Must have experience in taking international calls.
