**JOB DESCRIPTION - **CONTENT STRATEGIST** **WHO WE ARE?** We are an emerging and fast-growing international brand and the pioneers in online pre-owned luxury in India. The Confidential Couture is the leading online market place for luxury and fashion products in the India, with our HQ based in Delhi. Confidential Couture was established in June 2014 by our founder Anvita Mehra with one single aim in mind to make "Luxury accessible to the Masses" by creating an ultimate destination for buying and selling of pre-owned luxury. After leading in E-commerce business, we are the first one in pre-loved luxury sector to mark presence with retail store. Our people and values have built our success and made us who we are as a fast growing up company because we think collective: we work with style, with entrepreneurial spirit and with passion. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?** We are now seeking to expand our team with a highly professional **Content Strategist** to develop a strategy for promoting the organization’s stories. **ELIGIBILITY & SKILLS REQUIRED**: - Graduates / Post Graduates of all disciplines with Strong Writing, Editorial and Data Analysis skills - Creativity is a must. - Photoshop/corel draw intermediary level - Knowledge of aesthetics and design sensibilities. - Strong experience in brand awareness, customer trends, maintain customer loyalty and user engagement. - Priority given to Experience in Luxury Retail sector. - Understanding of the current market trends and economic developments. At the same time, it requires an understanding of the needs and wants of the target consumers and locating a product to suit these needs. - Previous experience of working in a social media role or Marketing role (or relevant University degree) or a fashion role in the past. - An understanding of the luxury consumer mindset - Strong commercial awareness, forward-thinking and pro-active. - Strong interest in E-commerce (experience preferable) - Committed and dedicated to work - Endeavor to excellence at all times in all occasions & circumstances - Outstanding leadership, problem solving and time management skills - Positive, dynamic, flexible with "can do" attitude and hands-on approach - Confident, highly motivated leader with natural warmth - A keen passion for the brand and enthusiasm for the product. - Ability to prioritise, delegate and multi-task whilst maintaining an outstanding level of customer service. - Independent worker but also a team player **ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES**: - Develops content strategies for multiples channels and platforms across different verticals for the brand. - Defines key brand messages and insights - establishes and articulates the organization’s internal and external key messages, and ensures that content is aligned. - Understands digital measurement metrics - must have a strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, information architecture, and usability best practices - Knows how to tell a story - works and deliver stories that are aligned with business goals. **SALARY **30 - 40K / PM The monthly package and benefits will be discussed in person and based on the previous experience and matching the criteria **Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus
