**Job Title: E-commerce Executive**

**Location**:Jaipur, Rajasthan

**Salary**:INR 3,00,000 - INR 3,60,000 per annum (CTC)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Listings & Content Management**:

- Add and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Create and maintain accurate product descriptions, high-quality images, pricing, and specifications.
- Regularly update product information to reflect any changes, new stock, or promotions.

**Order Processing**:

- Manage and process orders from initiation to dispatch.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Monitor and address order issues such as delays, returns, and cancellations.

**Customer Service & Engagement**:

- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely solutions and follow-ups.
- Maintain and improve the brand’s reputation through excellent customer service.

**Inventory & Stock Management**:

- Monitor stock levels to avoid out-of-stock situations and overstocking.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams for timely restocking of inventory.
- Conduct regular stock audits and assist with inventory reconciliation.

**Marketing & Promotions**:

- Collaborate in the planning and execution of e-commerce marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Implement strategies to boost product visibility and increase sales on various platforms.
- Manage and optimize ads, discounts, and offers across multiple e-commerce channels.

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Monitor key metrics such as sales trends, traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Provide regular performance reports to management.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

**Vendor & Supplier Coordination**:

- Work with external vendors, suppliers, and third-party partners to manage product availability and delivery timelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve any issues promptly.

**Website & Platform Maintenance**:

- Ensure that the e-commerce website is functioning smoothly, with accurate product details and pricing.
- Collaborate with the IT team to address any technical issues on the website or e-commerce platforms.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in e-commerce operations, online sales, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and e-commerce management tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with online advertising tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar.
- Knowledge of SEO and product listing optimization.
- Experience with inventory management systems.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
