We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our online store operations on Shopify and WooCommerce platforms. With your strong technical expertise and experience in the clothing industry, you will contribute significantly to our e-commerce success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Online Store Management**:

- Manage and maintain our online stores on Shopify and WooCommerce platforms, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.
- Optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing, to enhance visibility and drive sales.
- Implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and attract more traffic to our online stores.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.
- **Product Management**:

- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from sourcing and procurement to inventory management and product updates.
- Ensure accurate product information and availability on our online stores.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to streamline order fulfillment processes and minimize shipping errors.
- **Marketing and Promotions**:

- Develop and execute effective e-commerce marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and increase sales.
- Manage online advertising campaigns and track their performance to optimize ROI.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage customer reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Possess a strong technical understanding of Shopify and WooCommerce platforms, including their features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience working in an e-commerce environment, preferably in the clothing industry.
- Proven technical proficiency in Shopify and WooCommerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Passion for e-commerce and a drive to succeed.

Pay: ₹9,508.78 - ₹27,152.09 per month
