**Job Title: Virtual Assistant (VA) - Client Support**

We are looking to hire an experienced and reliable Virtual Assistant (VA) to provide high-level administrative support to our clients. As a VA, you will act as a crucial point of contact for our clients, offering exceptional service, managing various administrative tasks, and ensuring that client operations run smoothly. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to different client needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing their daily requests and inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage client calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders.
- Handle data entry, documentation, and report preparation as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, event planning, and other logístical support for clients.
- **Task & Project Management**:

- Assist clients in managing ongoing projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Use project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) to track progress and communicate with clients.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project milestones, status, and next steps.
- **Social Media & Marketing Support**:

- Assist clients with scheduling and posting on social media platforms.
- Help create and maintain content calendars for client social media channels.
- **Customer Support**:

- Assist clients with customer service needs, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain client databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- **Document & File Management**:

- Organize and manage client files, documents, and contracts in a structured manner (both digitally and physically).
- Ensure all client data and information are handled securely and confidentially.
- **Billing & Invoicing (if applicable)**:

- Help clients with invoicing, billing, and expense tracking.
- Ensure timely processing of payments and maintaining financial records.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Experience with client billing or basic accounting software.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive hourly rate or salary based on experience.

Pay: ₹9,897.20 - ₹18,000.00 per month
