Our fast-growing elite marketplace specializing in men and women designer ware is looking for an innovative marketer ready to take on a challenge. We help society by promoting sustainability, with a focus of sustainable fashion improving their lead capture and conversion rates.
- We are looking for a results driven retail sales executive to be responsible for the overall store sales management.
- Develop business strategies to raise our customer's pool, expand store traffic and optimize Profitability.
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to peers.
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.

Skills required

Excellent communication skills.

People skills with the ability to lead and motivate a peers.

The ability to work in high-pressure situations and to “think on your feet.”

Be able to read and understand sales data.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Self-motivated with a high level of confidence. Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Decision-making ability and sense of responsibility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹144,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
