As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll build strong customer relationships, ensure they gain maximum value from our products/services, and address any issues. You’ll engage with customers through calls and texts, providing guidance and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary contact for customers, offering support via calls and texts.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs.
- Monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying growth opportunities.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers.
- Provide training and onboarding for new customers.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback for improvements.
- Maintain accurate customer records.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Customer-centric problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- High level of empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Proficiency in Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil is a plus.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
