Techo2 is looking for a Customer Success Associate with 3-5 years of experience.

**Location**: Hyderabad, India

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any BBA/MBA Marketing graduates needs to apply.
- Well-rounded Business Development knowledge/experience in the Software Services/Solutions field.
- Knowledge/experience with end-to-end business development workflows is a plus
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge/Experience in working with prospects/clients in Domestic & international markets.
- Passion towards work, potential to excel, and commitment for best practices
- Industry certification on core products/services or business analysis, or willingness to obtain certification

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute TechO2’s Business Development process meticulously
- Nurture prospects/clients using value-based business development tactics
- Obtain and keep up to date with product/service knowledge
- Obtain and share market insights with management for refinements
- Contribute and participate in team-oriented development
