If you love problem-solving, enjoy engaging with people, and want to be part of an exciting journey in the startup world, we’d love to hear from youRole & Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for customers and help them experience Numerize seamlessly.- Guide clients through the onboarding process, assist with product adoption, and provide ongoing support.- Understand customer needs and proactively identify areas where they may need help.- Work closely with internal teams to suggest improvements and deliver feedback from customers.- Maintain long-term relationships and drive customer satisfaction and retention.Who You Are- A recent graduate or someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (customer success, support, or consulting).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—clear, confident, and empathetic.- Quick thinker and problem-solver, comfortable learning and applying new tools.- Passionate about customers and committed to helping them succeed.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where things move quickly and change often.Ready to launch your customer success career with India's leading F&B fintech startup?
