As a **Quality Control Specialist**, you will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting materials and products throughout the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date QC documentation and records
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities
- Assist in investigating quality issues and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure product quality
- Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and laboratory equipment
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external quality standards, including GMP, ISO, or other relevant certifications
- Support internal and external audits
- Help develop and improve quality control procedures

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in science or related field preferred
- Previous quality control or quality assurance experience in a [relevant industry] preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of quality control standards and procedures
- Familiarity with tools such as calipers, micrometers, or lab testing equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
