About the Position:
The primary purpose of the role is to monitor the transport and traffic network and assist in the coordination and oversight of Transportation related activities to maximize network efficiency and to enable seamless, safe and reliable journeys for employees.

Front Desk Officer
- Responsible for managing the execution, direction, and coordination of all transportation matters within the organization.
- Liaising with contracted vendor, organizing schedules & routes, ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements, and making sure that drivers are aware of their duties.
- Maintaining and completing accurate records
- Ensuring and coordinating with the transporter that vehicle arrives on time.
- Handling Employee Grievance
- Analytical thinking skills
- Complex problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail

Position competencies
- Great interpersonal and Communication skills
- Prior Experience of 2 to 4 years in a similar role in Travel, Tourism or IT Industry
- Basic Accounting and Tracking skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and other languages
- Enjoys working with people
- Is adaptable, able to cope with the unexpected
- Is comfortable with challenging embedded perceptions and practices
