Roles Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation thru Field Visits
- Visit Retail store / Business owners of FMCG explain our franchise product and services
- generate a lead, enter the details in CRM / Maintain proper records
- Should be good in Customer relations / Customer communications
- Knowledge of POS Retail business functioning will be an added advantage.
- Go Getter attitude
- Good communications skills - Should be comfortable in Hindi and regional language
- Ready Travel attitude
- Must have a vehicle to travel within the city.

Qualifications Required:
1. Having experience in selling to retail store owners,
2. Proven experience in meeting sales goals
3. Having excellent command and negotiation skills.
4. Excellent communication and people skills.
5. Strong geographical knowledge of the state.
6. Experience in FMCG Products

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:
