CRM Sales Representative

We're hiring a motivated CRM Sales Representative to drive the sales of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. The role involves prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship building to contribute to our organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Consultative Selling:
Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' business needs.
Position our CRM solutions as tailored solutions to address specific client requirements.
Product Presentation and Demonstration:
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations.
Conduct product demonstrations showcasing CRM system functionality.
Proposal Development:
Prepare and present customized proposals with accurate pricing and implementation timelines.
Collaborate with the sales support team for proposal completeness.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Close sales deals and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support for client success.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with technical and implementation teams for a seamless transition.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotions.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market trends.
Qualifications:
Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in CRM solutions or related software/services.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Familiarity with the latest CRM technology trends.
Proactive and self-motivated approach to sales.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
