**Shift Timing**: UK Shifts (5 days working, 2 rotational offs)

**Experience**:

- Fresh Graduates with C3-level communication skills (excellent).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality support with excellent communication skills (C2-C3 level).
- Adhere strictly to IBU boundaries and operational guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Immediate joiners preferred; no notice periods.
- Must be a resident of Mumbai. Applications from outside Mumbai will not be considered.
- Must be willing to work UK shifts (night hours).

**Required Documents**:

- All relevant documents must be provided.

- Written Assessment (Writex)
- Operations Interview

**Service Area Boundaries**:

- Central: Kalyan - Sion
- Harbour: Thane - Nerul
