We are seeking an enthusiastic Female Telecaller Intern to join our team. This internship offers a great opportunity to develop communication and customer service skills while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment. The Telecaller Intern will assist in making outbound calls to potential customers, gathering feedback, generating leads, and supporting various sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Make Services calls to prospective clients/customers to introduce products/services.

Assist in gathering customer feedback and answering basic inquiries.

Support the sales team by generating and following up on leads.

Record customer information accurately and maintain an Sheet

Help resolve customer queries by providing appropriate solutions or escalating as needed.

Meet daily/weekly call targets set by the management.

Participate in training sessions to enhance communication and tele calling skills.

**Requirements**:
Education: Currently pursuing or completed a high school diploma or higher education (college students/graduates preferred).

Language Skills: Fluent in [specific languages as required, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training will be provided).

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualities:
Friendly, confident, and patient demeanor.

Goal-oriented with a positive attitude towards customer service.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Eager to take initiative and improve professional skills.

Pay: From ₹3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (required)
