**Job Summary**

We are looking for a motivated **Telecaller Intern** to join our team at Brihaspati Welfare Foundation. You will assist in making outbound calls, promoting our events and initiatives, engaging with potential participants, and maintaining accurate records. This internship offers hands-on experience in communication, customer engagement, and outreach, providing valuable skills for your professional growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, participants, or stakeholders.
- Promote events, programmes, and initiatives of the organisation.
- Maintain and update contact lists and call records.
- Follow up on enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Support the team in achieving outreach targets and goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident over the phone and persuasive in conversation.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records.
- Positive attitude, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Prior telecalling experience is a plus but not mandatory.
