**Role Overview**:
We're looking for a driven and creative **Partner Acquisition Executive/Senior Executive** to help us build a network of freelance decorators, stylists, and small agencies for on-site decoration services. This role involves identifying potential partners, onboarding them, and helping grow our service-based offerings alongside our product line.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and connect with decorators, event stylists, and freelancers who can provide in-home decoration services for birthdays, festivals, anniversaries, and weddings.
- Build partnerships with local decoration vendors, artists, and small event firms.
- Negotiate and finalize collaboration terms with decorators.
- Coordinate with the operations team to match decorators to customer requests based on availability, location, and theme.
- Assist in developing SOPs and guidelines for decorator services.
- Track the performance of decorators and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Explore collaboration opportunities with wedding planners, gifting companies, and event spaces.
- Support the launch and expansion of services in new cities or regions.

**Eligibility**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, vendor onboarding, partnerships, or field sales.
- Experience in the events, decor, or festive products industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

**Bonus Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Knowledge of local decoration trends and cultural aesthetics.
- Prior experience working with wedding or event service providers.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and service add-ons.
