**Trainer Objective

**Responsibilities **Trainer is tasked with developing and delivering interactive training sessions related to crucial interpersonal and leadership skills. This includes identifying the training needs, targets, developing engaging and effective training materials, conducting assessments on training progress, and ultimately delivering effective training. Other responsibilities may include:

- Designing and developing comprehensive training curriculum depends upon targeted audience.
- Researching and monitoring the latest industry trends in soft skills training
- Ensuring a smooth execution of the program by coordinating with clientele organization
- Analyzing and evaluating the trainer programs to make sure they are consistent with the curriculum
- Analyzing and reporting on the efficiency of the training programs

**Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly creative with a passion for learning and teaching
- Be able to motivate, engage and inspire trainees
- Experience in developing and delivering training content

**Qualification**:

- Minimum -Graduate.
- Certifications in core soft skills is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in soft skills Training

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
