**Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer (Part-Time)**

**Location**: Remote

SkillClasseZ is a leading edtech startup committed to providing high-quality learning experiences to students. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The Soft Skills Trainer will play a crucial role in teaching high school students public speaking and communication skills.

**Position Overview**:
As a Soft Skills Trainer at SkillClasseZ, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training sessions tailored to high school students. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, and you will have the opportunity to create video lessons and training materials to enhance the learning experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive training materials and curriculum suitable for high school students, focusing on public speaking and communication skills.
- Deliver live or recorded training sessions covering topics such as public speaking techniques, effective communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Create engaging video lessons and supplementary materials to reinforce key concepts.
- Provide personalized feedback and coaching to students to help them improve their soft skills.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure that training materials are current and aligned with industry standards.
- Stay updated on soft skills trends and best practices to continuously improve training content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in soft skills training, public speaking, or communication coaching.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage high school students.
- Experience developing training materials and delivering training sessions.
- Previous experience in teaching or training high school students is preferred but not required.

**Working Hours and Compensation**:

- This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
- Compensation: INR 500-700 per instructional hour,

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹500.00 - ₹700.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
