**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive and engaging sessions on soft skills for engineering students.
- Deliver training on communication skills, personality development, interview preparation, teamwork, and leadership.
- Design and implement training activities, workshops, and role-playing exercises tailored to students’ needs.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Create a positive learning environment to foster active participation and engagement.
- Coordinate with college management to align training schedules and objectives.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, preferably in educational institutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
- Availability to join immediately for the specified duration.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
