The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for planning, implementing and delivering effective soft-skills training programs. The Soft Skills Trainer will conduct group discussions and mock interviews to evaluate their communication level and assist them. Allso responsible for preparing them for interviews.

**Qualifications**:
Prior experience (1-2 years) as a Soft Skills Trainer, corporate trainer, facilitator or related background.

Proven ability to develop, design and deliver soft-skills training program sessions.

Excellent communication, public speaking and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and team management skills.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in relevant field.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with creating and presenting training reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
