We are seeking a **soft skills trainer** who can effectively train students across Andhra Pradesh, equipping them with essential interpersonal, communication, and professional skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on soft skills, including communication, leadership, time management, teamwork, and interview preparation.
- Develop customized training modules tailored to the needs of students.
- Facilitate group discussions, activities, and role-plays to enhance learning outcomes.
- Assess student performance through evaluations, feedback, and reports.
- Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and tools to ensure impactful delivery.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to students to help them build confidence and professional etiquette.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in any field. A certification in training or soft skills is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1 year of experience as a soft skills trainer, preferably with a focus on student training.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Ability to engage and motivate a diverse group of learners.
- Empathy, patience, and adaptability in dealing with students.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
