**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver interactive soft skills training sessions
- Assess participants' development needs and tailor content accordingly
- Use practical exercises, role-plays, and case studies to enhance learning
- Maintain training records, attendance, and feedback reports
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide post-session support
- Coordinate with academic teams to align training with course goals
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and webinars when require

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a soft skills trainer or corporate trainer
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
- Fluent in English and [Local Language]
- Preferred Skills:

- Certification in soft skills or behavioral training is a plus
- Experience in online and classroom training delivery
- Familiarity with digital tools like Zoom, Google Meet, PPT, etc.
- Schedule:
Day Shift
