**Responsibilities**:

- Involved in the IT Asset related activities, daily operations, service requests, end user follow ups,
- materials movement.
- Maintaining & updating complete asset inventory installed on production floor including Data center as per ISO Format for Kensington and spectra location.
- Involved in Asset management database (ITAM) for all assets (Hardware / software/ services / Licenses etc.) preparation &updating on regular intervals.
- Identifying asset life cycle &giving projection to management for replenishment with in-depth analysis report, on annual basis. Also ensuring disposal of decommissioned EOL assets
- Quality check on all the activities transaction which involved in IT Asset installation/
- Movement/Release/Stores report as per the standard laid process & updating the same in weekly tracker report as well.
- Tracking utilization of the software and keeping track of utilization for all users. Preparing all reports for software Allocation.

**Experience: 2 to 5 yrs**

**Education: B.E./ B.Tech**
