- Finding agents on WCA to get best rates and arranging booking for FCL shipment from agent.
- Checking rates of LCL shipment with co loader and negotiation.
- Developing international Biz with the help of our overseas Partners.
- Handling key A/c of our organization.
- Handing transportation part to obtain best transportation rates.
- Coordinating on Day to day basis with clients, CHA, Transporters to ensure smooth movement of cargo.
- Coordinating with shipping lines, placing booking with liners, Manifestation, shipping instruction submission.
- Communicate closely with client.
- Coordinating with operation staff for carting and stuffing of shipments and movement of container.
- Coordinating with Destination agents and meeting their requirements in time for arranging Delivery at consignee’s place.
- Maintaining DSR
- Maintaining customer’s DSR and sharing the same on weekly basis.
- Daily deliveries shipping documents preparation.
- Assist and manage dispatching of orders.
- Arranging bookings with Maersk and Hapag for imports shipments for US.
- Checking with CHA for requirements of docs for clearance
- Following up with customer and arranging docs to file BOE timely.
- Arranging remittance of agents on time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
