Bookkeeper

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Manage payroll and related records.
- Prepare simple financial reports and summaries for management.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist the accountant and management team with audits and budgeting.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping/accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
