**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter financial data into accounting software, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and other financial transactions
- Reconcile accounts and prepare reports to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Maintain and organise financial records and files, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Provide general support to the finance department, including administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience with Tally and other financial software is required.
- Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping in a professional setting is required.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as Tally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
