Job Title: Part-Time Data Entry and Bookkeeper

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter financial data into accounting software, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and other financial transactions
- Reconcile accounts and prepare reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Maintain and organize financial records and files, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Provide general support to the finance department, including administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience in data entry and bookkeeping, preferably in a professional setting
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

This is a part-time position, with flexible hours. you are required to be in the office at least three times a week during the probation period of three months. There is an opportunity to work remotely after the probation period.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
