
Accounting and Transaction Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Record daily expenses.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile cash registers and bank deposits.
- Prepare basic financial reports.
- Ensure timely bill payments and invoice management.
- Assist with inventory tracking and cost management.
- Support with end-of-month financial tasks.
- Handle bank transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account reconciliations.
- Communicate with banks regarding transactions, account issues, and financial inquiries.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Graduation in Commerce filed.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Experience with accounting software Tally, and Catpro is preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience dealing with bank transactions is a plus.
