Job Summary:

The Junior Accountant will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. This role supports day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (Tally / QuickBooks / SAP / Zoho Books etc.)
  • Maintain ledgers — accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts regularly
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, receipts, and journal entries
  • Handle petty cash and expense reimbursements
  • Assist in statutory filings — GST, TDS, PF, ESI (as applicable)
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
