Perform bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.

Maintain general office files, including job files, vender files, and other files related to the company’s operations.

Purchase office supplies, equipment, and furniture.

Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.

Perform other relevant duties when needed.

Several years office administration experience.

Comfortable handling confidential information.

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.

Bachelor’s degree in business, administration or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
