We’re Hashtag Inc, a Digital Marketing agency based in Chennai. We’re looking for individuals who are craving to build brands and make your ideas come alive. What we can guarantee: is a collaborative environment where people have each others’ backs and push each other to grow. This is for an in-house position in Chennai.Responsibilities:

- Research the industry of managed clients and study competition and their strategy.
- Develop a social media strategy for brands on the basis of the brief.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly calendars for brands.
- Write effective copy for content to be distributed on various mediums.
- Conceptualise for moment marketing and topical content.
- Ensure smooth functioning of brand activities from idea to execution and delivery as per timelines.
- Ensure brand activities across various channels are aligned and brand guidelines/tonality is followed.
- Develop creative, innovative, and relevant campaigns to achieve business objectives and see them through to execution.
- Chalk out a process which ensures consistent growth of the brand pages.
- Monitor and analyse performance.
- Work on award entries and pitches.
- Work with other vertical counterparts to strategise and plan the brand’s future campaigns.
- Attend workshops/webinars to keep an eye out for new trends and adapt new methods to existing processes.

Experience required: 1 year minimum.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
