This role is for Civil & Operations Lead for Real Estate Domain. The person should have relevant experience of a minimum of 2-3 years working in both residential and commercial real estate projects.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Coordinating with various stakeholders including promoters, project management company, Architect, Contractor, leasing team etc. Will be SPOC for all these stakeholders.
- Coordinating with the PMC team for project planning and ensuring that periodic MIS is sent to management on the progress of the project.
- Would be responsible to prepare detailed costing for the project and ensuring that cost does not go beyond the initial planning.
- Collaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcomes
- Preparing monthly MIS on various projects and discussing with Management
- Should be adept to Liaise with various statutory approval authorities and should be able to assist/deal with the technical submission of documentation to various authorities
- Should be skilled in running RFP, collating comparatives and negotiating various work packages and capital equipment as required for various projects. Should be able to select and finalize various contracts with different vendors based on their merits and our requirement.
- Should be responsible for creating & maintaining a central repository of Data for various properties which will act as a Master Database including documentation and all data points related to properties.
- Should be able to assist in Land Acquisitions process. Liasoning with various stakeholders and getting various permissions.
- Bachelors/Master degree in real estate.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in residential/commercial Real Estate Project Management
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CADD, MS Projects and other related software.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
