Job Description:

We're looking for a smart, organized, and creative Marketing & Coordinator to join our team and support our real estate sales, promotions, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and market residential/commercial projects through field and digital channels
  • Conduct site visits with clients and provide detailed property information
  • Generate leads through outdoor marketing, networking, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets
  • Distribute brochures, banners, and promotional materials in designated areas
  • Build and maintain a positive brand image in the local market

Requirements

  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or marketing (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with outdoor/field work
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
