As a Commissioned Salesperson at EZHIWAY, you will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional sales skills, build relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth for our organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prospect potential customers, generating leads through various channels.
- Conduct sales presentations, showcasing the value and benefits of our products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, maximizing revenue and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of our products/services and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Track and report sales activities and results, providing regular updates to management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
