We are looking for a Associate Sr Lead Sales Commission Analyst to join our Life Science and healthcare Sales Commissions team who can support in leading best-in-class sales compensation processes and activities to enable sales compensation to be a driver to support business objectives Meets operational performance objectives identifies and executes on ideas that allow for continuous improvement in existing processes Works collaboratively with internal teams and Clarivates unified Sales Operations team and with key external stakeholders from sales to ensure departmental objectives are met We work in a very collaborative environment with flexibility on individual choice for place of work and time our focus is more to get the deliverable as per prescribed timelines About You experience education skills and accomplishments Bachelor s University level degree in related business or operations field required or MBA or equivalent master s degree preferred At least 2 years of relevant work experience must be adept in use of MS Office particularly advanced skills in Excel skills in MS Access or similar database application Salesforce com PowerPoint and VBA SAP Commission Oracle HANA experience is a must Proven Experience in creating editing and publishing dashboards reports projects in Power BI Proven to work independently and in a matrix environment Good knowledge of compliance and basic legal knowledge What will you be doing in this role Oversee all reporting and analytics activities within the team for smooth functioning of commission cycle Implement Power BI usage and visualization based on sales and sales operations needs to impact sales velocity Reporting Capabilities Develop Clarivate standardized reporting package and systems tools to use Provide support to ensure this is aligned with business and I C priorities Forecasting for Sales Commission Expense Partner with Finance to determine projected performance and resulting commission expense forecast Provide consultation on milestone requirements to ensure timely and quality execution of overall Clarivate compensation calendar including plan reviews and managing key milestones according to plan targets Provide analytical support to determine key performance measures and plan design have a deep understanding of how sales works and how incentive compensation drives behaviors Support sales management and Finance via financial modeling and scenario analysis to support the advocacy of incentive plan roll-out and communications Lead projects to implement new commission systems and processes create presentations FAQ Documents for compensation-related sessions with Sales organization Single point of escalation contact to sellers for sales compensation queries manage all issues to completion Process Changes Constantly evaluate current process and making recommendations for improvement standardization and tools Identify and execute on ideas to drive process improvement Participate actively in change management efforts to implement Clarivate better practices new processes and improvements in systems and tools Conduct comprehensive analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of commission and territory programs Oversee all team activities and deliverables and ensure deadlines are met Collaborate and act as a dotted reporting line for the team Be part of a high-performance culture working towards SMART objectives to measure individual performance Act as a strong contributor to an operating culture that makes possible collaboration open communications and a focus on talent development Acts as a primary POC to support sales and all internal teams for queries relating to sales commissions calculations target and reporting Hours of Work Hybrid work mode 2 PM to 11 PM IST Monday-Friday At Clarivate we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all qualified persons with respect to hiring compensation promotion training and other terms conditions and privileges of employment We comply with applicable laws and regulations governing non-discrimination in all locations
