Description :JOB DESCRIPTION :We are seeking a highly motivated QA Lead with strong expertise in SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud) to join our team.The QA Lead will own the quality assurance strategy, planning, and execution for SAP Commissions implementations and enhancements, ensuring robust, accurate, and high-performing solutions that support client incentive compensation programs.This role requires a strong mix of technical QA expertise, business process understanding, and leadership skills to guide testing teams, manage client expectations, and maintain the highest delivery standards.Roles And Responsibilities :- Define and lead the QA strategy, framework, and processes for SAP Commissions projects.- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.- Build and manage automated and manual testing approaches tailored to SAP Commissions workflows, data, and analytics.- Collaborate with implementation teams to validate incentive compensation plan rules, crediting, and payout logic.- Drive test data management, ensuring accurate and representative datasets for functional and performance testing.- Ensure traceability of requirements to test cases and alignment with client success criteria.- Lead and mentor QA analysts, ensuring consistent adoption of best practices and quality standards.- Partner with business stakeholders to facilitate UAT cycles and ensure client sign-off.- Provide clear defect tracking, root cause analysis, and reporting to project and client leadership.Desired Skills And Experience :SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud) Implementation & Configuration :End-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP Commissions, including :- Compensation Plan Design : Configure complex sales compensation plans, including tiered incentives, bonuses, draws, and accelerators.- Rules and Formula Configuration : Implement business rules for quota setting, credit assignment, and payout calculations.- Participant Management : Define roles, hierarchies, and organizational structures to enable accurate tracking of sales performance and payouts.- Data Processing and Integration : Load and process transactional data using SAP Commissions Pipeline.- Troubleshoot and resolve calculation issues and data discrepancies, ensuring payout accuracy and audit compliance.Qualifications :- 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years leading QA teams in enterprise applications.- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud), including workflows, rules, and reporting.- Deep understanding of incentive compensation management (ICM) / Sales Performance Management (SPM) processes.- Proficiency in QA methodologies, test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail), and defect lifecycle management.- Solid understanding of data validation, ETL testing, and system integration testing.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage QA resources, timelines, and client expectations.- Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.Knowledge Of The Following Technologies Is Considered An Asset :- SAP HANA Studio/Web IDE.- SAP Workflow, Crystal Reports, Embedded Analytics.- Microsoft SQL Server, Informatica, Xactly, Varicent.- Web technologies such as JavaScript, XML, CSS, and HTML.- SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and related ecosystems.- Certifications in SAP Commissions, SAP Analytics, or related modules.About Us :Argano is the first of its kind : a digital consultancy totally immersed in high-performance operations.We steward enterprises through ever-evolving markets, empowering them with transformative strategies and technologies to exceed customer expectations, unlock commercial innovation, and drive optimal efficiency and growth.Argano is an equal-opportunity employer.All applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
