Position : Sales Associate

Location : Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

? Lead Management & Sales Process: Handle new inquiries, engage with potential

clients, understand their requirements, and provide customized proposals.

? Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate terms, address client concerns, and

successfully close deals.

? Payment Collection: Ensure advance payments are received before order

processing and collect balance payments before delivery.

? Post-Sales & Customer Support Coordination: Maintain close coordination with

the support team to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.

? Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) Management: Ensure customers opt for

AMC after the warranty period, improving retention and service engagement.

? Market & Competitor Analysis: Continuously study market trends and

competitor strategies to stay ahead in the industry.

? Sales Targets & Revenue Goals: Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and

revenue objectives.

? Policy Recommendations: Suggest new policies or modifications in AMC, service

level agreements, and other engagement models for better customer

experience.

? Energy Giver: Bring enthusiasm, motivation, and a positive attitude to inspire

both clients and the internal team.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
? High energy and enthusiasm for sales.

? Excellent communication and presentation skills.

? Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.

? Willingness to travel for business meetings and sales closures.

? Basic understanding of revenues, cash flow, and sales processes.

? Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
