5. He / She will closely work with Field Manager and all other supporters frequently. He/she will prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be Creative.

6. He/She will Design Promotional / communication strategies for the various brands of the organization.

7. He/ She will work on customer oriented campaign & special activities for priority products in Gynae and Ortho.

8. He/ She will conduct Campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders.

9. He/ She is responsible for Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.

10. He/ She will conduct Field Work To review & evaluate strategy implementation.

11. He/ She will do Co-ordination with all support function for effective implementation of marketing strategy.

1. B. Pharma or B.Sc and MBA in Marketing, 15 -20 years in Pharma Marketing/PMT out of 3-4 yrs as Marketing Manager/ Assistant General Manager Marketing/ Deputy General Manager Marketing handling Gynaecolgy and Ortho Segment.

2. He/ She should be creative and innovative.

3. He/ She should have good knowledge of Gynae and Ortho segments.

4. He/ She should be good in launching new products and strengthening existing brands.

5. Exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity and initiatives to achieve both personal and corporate goals.
