**Job description**

Finalization of Accounts (standalone & Consolidated) ensuring timely & smooth completion of Statutory Audit adhering to applicable Accounting Principles (IndAS & IGAAP)

Manage communications with external auditors on financial statements and accounting issues to ensure auditor agreement with company decisions on accounting disclosures.

Finalization of Tax Audit, Income - Tax Returns, compiling details of Income
- Tax Scrutiny Assessments, compiling details related to Income -tax appeals etc.

Ensuring Statutory compliances under Direct & Indirect Tax such as Income-tax (TDS), GST etc, under companies Act such as filing Annual Returns - AOC4/XBRL, LODR, SEBI etc.

Presenting MIS to management for Cash Flows/ Fund Planning, coordinating in M&A and Restructuring /Re-alignment Activities of the Group.

Monitoring other regulatory compliances under RBI, FEMA etc.
