**Role** - Business Development Associate plays a crucial role in driving the growth of a company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

**Areas of Responsibility -**

Target schools within the assigned territory
Identify and pursue new business prospects to meet sales targets
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through lead generation and networking
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients
Develop and nurture relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams for continuous
improvement
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
Analyze sales performance against targets and implement strategies for improvement
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a coordinated approach to client needs
Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.
Provide exceptional post-sales support to clients.
Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly

**Qualification**:
Education-Any Graduate with Professional degree / Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience-3-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
Industry-Any industry or Education / Publication/other similar industries

**Desirables**:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Relevant experience in B2B sales would be a plus
Willingness to travel as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
