Job Title: Sales Executive (B2B)

Location: Thane West (15 Mins from Thane and Mulund Station)

Salary Range: 3 LPA to 5 LPA

Industry: Advertisement, Digital Marketing, Branding

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation methods.
- Build and maintain relationships with new clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets regularly, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, providing insights and recommendations to the company.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
