We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Hard Core Sales Representative. With 1-2 years of experience in sales, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Aggressively pursue sales targets and meet or exceed them consistently.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
