**Job Title: Sales and Operations Coordinator**

**Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Operations Coordinator to support our sales team, manage pre
- and post-sales activities, and ensure seamless coordination across internal departments. This role will involve nurturing leads, providing customer support, updating sales data, and assisting with operational tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team in nurturing leads (L0) and managing pre-sales activities (L1).
- Coordinate closely with the sales team during L1 sales and ensure accurate updating of customer data post-sales.
- Provide customer support via WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Assist in operational tasks to maintain efficient workflows and ensure accurate sales records.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales support or operations coordination.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
