**Salary**: -15,000-20,000 per month

Experience:
- Total experience: -3 years of experience in sales.
- Minimum experience: -1-2 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role.

Education: -Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.

**JOB TYPE: FULL TIME**

**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract guests and increase revenue for the hotel.
- Identify and target potential clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and individual travelers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders in the hospitality industry.
- Respond to inquiries and requests for proposals (RFPs) from potential clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct site tours and presentations to showcase the hotel's facilities and amenities to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials to drive sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Track and report sales performance metrics, including revenue generated, leads generated, and conversion rates.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel and expand the client base.

**Requirements**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and sales management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows as needed.
- Languages: Hindi, Marathi, English.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
