**Role**: Growth intern

**No. of openings **:2

**Location**: Bangalore (On-site)

**Mode**: Hybrid

**Salary Range**: 20k - 25k per month

**Duration**: 3 to 6 months

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Prior experience as a growth intern is a plus.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Excellent with content creation (both written and videos) for marketing collateral.
- Fluent with content creation softwares and tools.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive analysis of target audiences, competitors, market trends, and user behaviour to shape effective digital growth strategies.
- Continuously optimise strategies, growth channels, and loops to drive user acquisition and scale efforts effectively.
- Design and execute experiments, including A/B testing, to optimise landing pages.
- Excellent with creating plagiarism free marketing collaterals which includes content, video creation and other marketing assets.

Opportunity to convert into a full time role based upon performance during internship.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
