Xoxoday is hiring marketing interns or freshers in Bangalore. The responsibility of this person ll be to help the sales teams to drive revenues.

**Responsibilities**
- Create, plan and execute marketing campaigns & growth hacks for the Xoxoday products globally on multiple platforms.
- Develop sales and promotional strategies to meet customer acquisition, revenue, and growth targets.
- Uncover PLG opportunities by deeply understanding customer needs, behaviors & actions.
- Work closely with creative teams to build a brand experience that customers love.

**Skills required**
- Internship experience in running successful B2B growth hacks & marketing.
- Full understanding of the digital marketing function with data-backed experiments.
- Experience in the SaaS, fintech, B2B software industry would be a great plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach by using qualitative & quantitative data from heatmaps, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Excel sheets and other tools.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, Websites, Canva, AI tools etc ll be a great plus.
- Minimum duration of internship is 3 months. The intern ll be hired as a full-time employee based on performance. The role is mandatory in Bangalore with at least 3 days' work week from the office.
- Written and spoken English communication skills are mandatory for this role.
