As a Growth Intern, you will get the opportunity to travel and meet property owners, talk to the top level management of businesses, make over and above 20k a month and convert to a full time role.

Position: Growth Intern
Duration: 2 months
Location: Bangalore (Opportunity for work from home)

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the driving force behind our growth by proactively reaching out to budget hotels over phone, introducing them to our game-changing products and services, and converting them into enthusiastic partners.
- Develop and maintain a vibrant network of potential hotel clients, ensuring up-to-date and accurate contact information.
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups, building trust, and leveraging our exceptional value proposition.
- Collaborate with our passionate sales team, exchanging ideas, sharing success stories, and collectively achieving ambitious targets.
- Handle objections and concerns from hoteliers, addressing them with confidence and professionalism.

Requirements
- Pursuing or have completed their bachelors in Business, Marketing and related fields.
- Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to express your thoughts and ideas with clarity and confidence. Brownie points if you are fluent in speaking Kannada.
- Energetic and passionate, with an infectious enthusiasm for sales and growth.
- Goal-oriented mindset, enabling you to excel both as an independent contributor and as a collaborative team member.
